I have no other symptoms but occassionally get thrush and it cannot be an STI i had a full check 2 months ago and was totally clean and I have no pain. I sometimes get the sensation to urinate but then cannot and my bladder dont always empty completly resulting in stress incontinence from having kids and weak pelvic floor muscles or so the nurse says but this urine thing is a mystery. My doc has tested it recently but iv had this smell for 18 months now and its awfull. I cannot see that it is linked to my diet as nothing has changed there and I eat a balanced diet, nothing too strong,spicy or rich anyway. I have to get rid of this smell, I drink plenty of water but I sweat a lot and get very dehydrated too. I am on meds I take Diazepan occasionally and citalopram too and also methadone everyday but iv been taking them for years and this smell appeared 18 months ago. What could it be any suggestions please help im desperate and embarrassed my partner has noticed now too.
