How am I supposed to quit taking Methadones and Oxycontin? PLease Help?

I am 20 years old and suffering from a 4 year drug addiction to what started out to be Oxycontin…..I snorted at least an 80 mg one a day…sometimes at least 4…I quit and started taking mathadone…I need to quit….I cant do it any more….How am I supposed to make it through withdrawals…Im thinking about being put on Suboxone but I dont know…whats the best thing I can do??

    man im 22 and been dealing with a severe pain killer addiction for 6 years ever since i hurt my back it just got worse and worse till i was taking 6 oc80s a day on top of everything else. theres only one thing to help us and that in patient care trust me no one doesnt wanna admit it less then i do but this stuff destroys our lives man its not worth it. no matter how bad you feel it wont last forever...
